- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Reber and his staff were amazing! This was my first time having surgery outside of IHC, and it was much more convenient. I didn't have to wait around all day to enter into surgery, they gave me a specific time. The greatest part is how personal they are, I left the surgical center at 3pm. Around 10pm that night I received a text message from Dr. Reber checking in on me from his cell phone and told me I could text anytime if I had a question!(compared to my experience at IHC you have to call in and make an appointment to simply ask a doctor/surgeon a question) Also the next day a nurse from the surgical staff called in from her personal phone to check on me. It has been 5 weeks since my operation and they continue to impress me!October 24, 2017by ty mangum
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Two trips from a great distance First trip my foot problem was diagnosed immediately as a need for a special insole which, "you can buy right here in our store". What a scam this place is.It was nothing special at all... off the shelf. Second long drive in the doctor "noticed" I was walking oddly, ordered x-rays and then saw the fallen arch. Recommended I see a surgeon there who said nothing other than they could not do surgery on it unless I was in more pain. Gave up and went to a real foot and ankle doc near buy who does not sell insoles or shoes and they wrote a prescription for Hangers Clinic who took a mold casting of my foot and fitted custom insoles to shoes designed for my problem.
