- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm a real estate agent and I've used many title companies, and I can say with surety, Brent Griffith at Southern Utah Title is awesome! Because of a scheduling issue my clients were having a problem meeting to sign on their new home. Brent went above and beyond his duty and met my clients at their place of work so they could sign paperwork.
