- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I haven't had a horrible experience with this pharmacy. However, sometimes when I call to check if I can refill a prescription, they don't always check the system to make sure it will go through the insurance. That sometimes irritates me, I know when the doctor wrote the prescription, and I know when I filled it last. It's the insurance I call about and ask them to make sure & they write me off saying 'the doctor wrote it for such and such a date, you just can't get it before then.' Duh! I know that, I understand that they get busy, but would be nice if they listened to the question first.May 19, 2017by bridget k
